I like that we've been sharing information about our colonoscopies with each other; I think it helps us to work together to keep from getting colon cancer. I had another colonoscopy this last week (my first was when I turned 40). The preparation for a colonoscopy is never very fun (just think about spending hours on the toilet), but the procedure itself is very easy. Thankfully, the doctor again found no polyps in my colon, so I'm good for another 5 years. I'm glad I did it, and I'm also glad the results showed that things are still fine.
